Exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances: 1. The piece does not fit 2. The piece has arrived damaged. Please email sales@degen.us for any questions or concerns regarding your order. 

DEGEN will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.

International Shipping: we know its expensive but shipping internationally is very expensive for a small business- please email us if you would prefer us to use your shipping account instead.
